Ingredients

Oats

Oats are very nutritious and contain many fibers and proteins. They provide long-lasting energy and a saturated feeling. Oats contain zinc, magnesium, iron, antioxidants and soluble fibers such as beta-glucans. Beta-glucans support lower blood cholesterol ratios. This positive effect is achieved by consuming 3 grams of oat beta-glucans daily. Athletes will be pleased to know that oats improve fat-burning and promote muscle mass.

Fibers

Fibers are included in the category of carbohydrates, but have a limited energy value. Fibers have many health benefits:
- They ensure that carbohydrates are absorbed less quickly in your blood, which makes the blood sugar level rise less rapidly.
- They give a saturated feeling.
- They have a positive effect on your cholesterol.
- They are easily digested and good for your intestinal flora.

Maltodextrin

Maltodextrin is a super carbohydrate from corn and is not sweet. It is absorbed very quickly into your body and gives energy to your muscles instantly, but it does not give a huge insulin peak like sugar. Carbohydrates are essential for combustion and for the proper functioning of the brain. People with an active lifestyle need extra carbohydrates for extra energy. Futricio contains oats and maltodextrin for an optimal carbohydrate ratio.
For optimal absorption, the body needs liquids to store the carbohydrates as energy (glycogen) in your muscles.

Futricio is slightly sweetened with Stevia and sucralose. No sugars added!

Protein

Proteins contain essential amino acids. Proteins are necessary for a healthy and strong body. These are the most important building materials for muscle building and repair. In addition, protein suppresses the hormone insulin and inhibits hunger sensation. Proteins are the basis for a good metabolism and they have a beneficial effect on various hormones. Whey protein

Whey protein comes from cow's milk and is rich in high quality proteins with a full amino acid profile and good bioavailability, which makes the proteins quickly and easily absorbed by our body.

Flaxseed

Flaxseed is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids in the form of omega 3 fatty acids. These fatty acids are important and contribute to a healthy heart and healthy blood vessels, the immune system and normal functioning of our brain. Omega 3 supports fat metabolism.
